Dogs really live for their little rituals. They just invent these routines that make complete sense to them. Like, they decide what time things happen, and then they just expect you to follow along. Pebble from @pebbletherottie is exactly like that. She has this very specific way of telling her mom that the day is over.

This video of the Rottweiler making the dog mom move to the bedroom is just too funny. Moreover, it is not even a subtle hint; she just shows up, and you know exactly what is going on.

Rottweiler’s bedtime routine involves a stuffy

The clip starts right in the kitchen, where Pebble comes around the corner, already holding her favorite stuffed toy. She has this really determined look on her face. She definitely knows what time it is and is hinting hard at her human. The in-video text says she is telling her human she’s ready for bed. Going by what a commentator said on the post, Rotties tend to take their downtime very seriously. And you can see that here.

The video then cuts to the bedroom where the Rottweiler is standing at the foot of the bed. She still has that stuffed toy in her mouth, and so she carefully places it on the duvet. She even rolls it over and rests her chin on top of it.

After all, she has to make sure it’s safe before she moves. Once she’s satisfied with the placement, she just jumps right up. The Rottweiler has to have that stuffy for bed every single night. In fact, it is a non-negotiable part of the deal. Next, we see her lying right next to her human, now chewing on the toy. The screen says “her love = destroy.” It’s just her way of winding down after a long day.

The final shot shows “her sweet face” resting on the duvet, blinking sleepily at the camera. And it really looks like the most peaceful thing. The post got over 1.2k likes in less than half a day. One person said their own dog does the exact same thing, while another fan called her a beautiful dog. Someone else just wished her sweet dreams.
